New Content

I. New Casual Mode: Blessed Brutality

The new PVP Casual mode — Blessed Brutality — is now live!

Team up in pairs for relaxed competition! Pick your Anima Rings, gain Blessings, and clear out tough enemies! Every defeat deducts Team Morale; when Team Morale hits zero, your team is eliminated.

Hero Adjustments

I. Lannie

Vanishing Act: Lift

  • The hyperarmor (戏布, possible mistranslation) during flight and when exiting flight has been changed to interruptible Move Gold Hyperarmor.
  • Skill Cooldown increased from 22s to 23s.

Ultimate — Tricky Bounce

  • During the Ultimate, if accumulated damage reaches a threshold, the Ultimate will be forcibly ended.
  • Hyperarmor during skill flight is now interruptible Move Gold Hyperarmor.
  • DMG from Trick Ball explosions reduced from 3.3 to 3.2.
  • Optimized the visuals of some animations.

Ultimate — Tricky Bounce: Leap

  • HP restored when the Trick Ball returns to her or is caught successfully reduced from 200 to 150.
  • Reduced the maximum flight distance of charged Trick Balls when they don't hit the environment.
  • Optimized the visuals of some animations.

II. Akos Hu

The Defense Hyperarmor on the third stage of Leap Strike (跃击, literal translation) has been changed to Skill Gold Hyperarmor.

III. Temulch

When using his Ultimate, Temulch now immediately faces the direction his crosshair is aimed.

IV. Hadi

  • While in the Ultimate's flight state, the third stage of the Charged Attack can be blocked by enemies using Counter Form, but they cannot perform a counter-attack after a successful block.
    • Developer comment: Currently, after a successful block, both sides simultaneously enter Move Defense Gold Hyperarmor and play the Clash animation. The remaining rules therefore follow Clash rules — for example: both sides have the same stun duration and cannot perform counter-attacks, both sides take a small amount of Clash damage, and Fans and Daggers using Horizontal Strike can directly trigger Ghost Counter-break (鬼反断, literal translation), and so on.
  • The third stage of the Charged Attack while in the Ultimate's flight state now has an added 20% Life Steal effect.
  • When casting Ultimate Aerial Ascent or Aerial Ascent: Blaze, Hadi restores 200 HP to himself (any excess is converted to armor).

V. Matari

Slightly reduced the thrust distance of the charged release of Flash: Thrust, and slightly reduced its attack range when charged.

VI. Other Adjustments

Fixed an issue where some Ultimates' Special Effects didn't match the actual effects under high network latency and fluctuations (e.g., Yueshan activating his Ultimate).

Weapon Adjustments

I. Flying Knives

  • Appropriately increased the recovery time of the Vertical Strike Charged Attack Rapid Throw and its Souljade Palm Lightning.
  • The first-stage Horizontal Strike Charged Attack Sunder The Stars DMG coefficient reduced from 4.22 to 3.94.
  • The second-stage Horizontal Strike Charged Attack Moon-Cleaving Blade (断月刀, literal translation) DMG coefficient reduced from 3.47+2.08 to 3.24+1.94.

Developer comment: Flying Knives have been a bit too dominant against other weapons, so we've appropriately increased their openings while reducing their DMG efficiency to improve counterability.

Souljade Adjustments

I. Effect Souljades

Focus Slide is back online after the following changes:

  • Increased the wind-up time, and it can now be Countered.
  • DMG coefficient increased from 1 to 1.52.

In-Match Gameplay Adjustments

I. Feature Optimization

Added an Auto Swap feature: after enabling it under Settings > Assist, when armor or a weapon that meets the conditions is within pickup range, the Auto Swap interface will pop up automatically — press the swap key to swap to the recommended gear.

II. Mechanism Adjustments

Realm of Spirit changes: During the Realm of Spirit registration period, players can press a button in the Spectator Interface to open the Realm of Spirit interface and register. Once enough players have registered, the Realm of Spirit opens.

III. Immortal Mode Adjustments

  • Kylin Zhang's Treasure Blood (宝血护命, literal translation) no longer takes effect against the damage of the final Shadow Corruption in Immortal mode.
  • The damage from the final Shadow Corruption in Immortal mode will ignore Valda Cui's Qi Shield (真气护盾, literal translation) and Cyra's Light Shield (光盾, literal translation), and will deduct directly from base HP.

Out-of-Match Gameplay Adjustments

I. Team Up

Team Up now has a Party Block feature. Once a player is blocked, parties containing that player will no longer be recommended, and the algorithm will gradually reduce recommendations of parties containing such players.

Showdown Adjustments

I. Battle Adjustments

  • Potential Incorporeal now allows ranged weapons to dodge after a Successful Counter and then chain into a pursuit move.
  • Potential Element Fury gains a 15% Poison Blast DMG Bonus. Potential Element Afterglow gains a 20% Divine Thunder DMG Bonus.
  • The total coefficient of the extra strike from Souljades Thunder Shot, Ice Bomb, and Toxic Shot has been increased to 3.5, and the "increases element accumulation on monsters" effect has been removed.
  • Thunder-wielding Element Surge Souljade: Attack bonus increased from 10% to 12%, Divine Thunder DMG Bonus increased from 40% to 55%. Poison-wielding Element Surge Souljade gains a 25% Poison Blast DMG Bonus.
  • Advanced the timing of the Gold Hyperarmor rune appearing during the ring-shaped sword aura attack in Huanyue Phase 1.
  • Adjusted Huanyue's AI in both phases — reduced the frequency of some multi-hit moves, and the moves used are now better matched to her attack range.
  • Optimized the facial expressions of the executed character during Huanyue's Phase 2 execution attack, and adjusted the timing of each strike during the execution for better presentation.

II. Stage Adjustments

1. Nirriti's Ruins

  • Optimized the positions where Portals and Lingxu Scrolls (灵虚卷轴, literal translation) appear in each stage.
  • Upon completing the Rolling in Riches stage, a map marker has been added to guide players to the Portal's location.
  • Strengthened the sound effect when the Portal appears in special stages opened by Lingxu Scrolls.

III. Yama's Abyss Adjustments

When using Quick Restart or entering the next stage in Yama's Abyss, the Deadeye status and Deadeye value accumulation are now reset.

IV. Feature Adjustments

  • Starting today, log in to Showdown each week to claim 10 Chaos Stones (混沌石, literal translation) via the login Quest. These are used to top up the Craft level of Curios. Craft levels will be permanently inherited, helping you progress through future Tempered Inferno content! Even players who have maxed out their Craft level can complete the "Craft Curio" weekly Quest to directly claim 10 Souljade Fragments.
  • Fixed an issue where Souljade stats showed as not maxed in the rating display when they were actually maxed.
  • Optimized the equip logic of Suggest Souljades — Souljades with higher ratings will now be equipped first.
  • Optimized the layout of the various Gameplay positions on the Showdown map interface.
  • Added a new Recasting Material, Small Souljade Fragment, to replace some Rare Souljade drops in main-line stages on Easy difficulty or higher and Nirriti's Ruins stages on Easy difficulty or higher.
    • Developer comment: Since Souljade upgrades are no longer required, large numbers of Rare Souljades end up being converted into Epic (优品, literal translation) and Legendary Souljades and then split up — a tedious, complex process. We've therefore removed some Rare Souljade drops and changed them directly into Recasting Materials. Additionally, compared to Blue Souljades, we've reduced the consumption when using Small Souljade Fragments as a Recasting Material.

Settings

I. New Red Dot Settings

A new Settings sub-section has been added under Settings > Gameplay, containing the new option Red Dot Notifications for New Cosmetics.

When enabled, you'll receive red dot notifications normally after obtaining Hero Outfits, Other Cosmetics, and Weapon Cosmetics.

You can switch between Legendary or higher and Extreme or higher options; after obtaining items that don't meet the setting, you'll no longer receive red dot notifications, and existing red dots for items that don't meet the setting will be cleared.

Feature Optimization

I. Client

The maximum number of Face customization slots per hero has been increased from 6 to 10.

Bug Fixes

I. Showdown-related Bugs

  • Fixed an issue where some hits were missing from Huanyue's Phase 2 sweeping whirlwind move.
  • Fixed an issue where some Blue counterable moves in Huanyue's Phase 2 could not be Countered and produced no flash prompt.
