New Content

I. New Hero: Inor Wan Joins the Roster

Thunder runs through his frame, and he walks the Nine Provinces alone — the jianghu calls Inor Wan the Thunder's Voice. Bound by his code and true to his word, he is also the world-acknowledged Number One Courier of Wuji (无极, literal translation).

A plea to save the world and help its people, he gladly accepts; a request to settle grievances, he never turns away. Once he takes on a delivery, no mountain of blades or sea of fire will keep him from it.

II. Reputation System

The Reputation system has been reworked. You can access the new interface from Profile → Reputation. Maintaining a high Reputation grants rewards including the Legendary Showcase Base, Ranked Score Bonus, Score Keeper Card, and more.

III. New Equipment in Rift Traversal

1. The "King of All Weapons" — the Spear — joins the Rift Traversal battlefield.

New Celestia Spear: Azure Dragon

  • Divine Essence (神韵, literal translation): Azure Dragon Break
  • The Vertical Strike follow-ups after a missed Horizontal Strike Charged Attack, Nezha's Might, or Dragonslayer are changed.

New Legendary & Extreme Spear: Spear·Track

  • Ultimate Essence (极意, literal translation): Heartstopper Kick·Flash
  • Dragonslayer now briefly Silences enemies it hits. If Dragonslayer misses, you can chain into a follow-up pursuit move, up to three times in a row.

New Legendary & Extreme Spear: Spear·Air

  • Ultimate Essence (极意, literal translation): Thunderous Smash
  • After an Airborne Horizontal Strike connects, the next Airborne Vertical Strike move is changed.

Spear Rubrics:

  • Razor Swift — Changes the Spear's Nezha's Might move.
  • Erudition & Spear Storm — Changes the Spear's Vertical Strike Charged Attack and the third hit of the Vertical Strike combo, and allows you to cast Spear Storm by using a Vertical Strike after Erudition.
  • Martial Art·Hexa-Harmony Spear — Changes the Spear's Horizontal Strike Charged Attack move.

Congeneric Martial Skill (同源武技, literal translation): Long-handled Weapon Congeneric Skill joins the Rift Traversal battlefield.

Hero Adjustments

I. Yoto Hime

  1. The skill Flying Edge now gains Skill Gold Toughness when the Demonic Blade is thrown at long range.
  2. Ultimate Demon Blade: Horizontal Strike Charged Attack DMG ratio changed from 1.0+2.0 to 1.8+1.3; Ground Vertical Strike Charged Attack DMG ratio changed from 0.5+2.5 to 0.2+2.8; Airborne Vertical Strike Charged Attack DMG ratio changed from 2.5 to 2.8.
  3. Ultimate Demon Blade: Combo: The DMG ratio of the first three slashes against Transform-class heroes now matches the ratio against normal heroes — changed from 2.6 / 3.2 / 3.8 to 3.5 / 3.5 / 3.5. Life Steal ratio increased from 30% to 40%.

II. Wuchen

For the skill Spirit Blades, the Defense Toughness during the continued charge after reaching the 1st Stage of Charged Attack is changed from Blue Toughness to Move Gold Toughness. The Defense Toughness when releasing the Charged Attack move is changed from Blue Toughness to Skill Gold Toughness.

III. Zai Ji

  1. The skill Flame Ward: Firestorm — Defense Toughness during the dash is changed from Move Gold Toughness to Skill Gold Toughness.
  2. Optimized the pre-input timing for using a movement action to cancel Flame Ward: Firestorm while in the aiming stance.

IV. Kurumi Tsuchimikado

Optimized the Dodge cancel timing when using a Vertical Strike during Healing Ray and Healing Ray: Defense while in Link.

V. Cyra

  1. In Ultimate Status, when firing the beam attack, reaching the 2nd Stage Charge now automatically releases a follow-up beam. Both 1st and 2nd Stage follow-up beams can be blocked with Counter Form.
  2. Adjustments to Ultimate Light's Mercy:
    • In Ultimate Status, you can no longer fire Dazzling Light Orbs via Vertical Strike.
    • In Ultimate Status, Change Skill now fires Dazzling Light Orbs instead, up to 3 times. The orbs detonate in an AoE explosion when they hit an enemy or reach maximum range, healing allies and Dazzling enemies.
    • Self/teammate healing from the orbs changed from 60/180 to 120/180.
  3. Aureole: Pull (光晕·吸附, literal translation) initial cooldown reduced from 25s to 22s.

Dev Comment: We hope these changes — automatic follow-up beams that can be blocked by Counter Form — give enemy heroes a clearer counterplay path against Cyra's beams. We've also capped the number of Dazzling Light Orbs, but compensated with faster orb travel speed and longer range. The previous play pattern of detonating orbs with the beam was overly complex; now, orbs explode immediately on hitting an enemy or reaching maximum range, rather than after a delay.

Weapon Adjustments

I. Flying Knives

Slightly shortened the hit duration of the Horizontal Strike 1st Stage Charged Attack move, Sunder The Stars.

In-Match Gameplay Adjustments

I. Controller Adjustments

The Classic and Shooter presets now have a default Counter binding mapped to pressing the Left Joystick (L3).

II. Feature Improvements

  1. A Scene Escape option has been added to the in-match ESC menu (Survival Modes and Rift Traversal Mode only).

    Dev Comment: This feature is still being iterated on.

  2. Improved the standing posture animation for male characters on Fairyland Penglai.
  3. Improved the adjustable angle range when launching from a Soaring Arm.

Out-of-Match Gameplay Adjustments

I. Limited-time Mode Rotation

Neo-Mech Clash is back for a Limited-time run. Blessed Brutality is going offline for rest and tuning — we'll bring it back in a more polished form at a future date.

Rift Traversal Adjustments

I. Training Ground

A Rift Traversal Training Ground has been added. Players can use it to set up basic Loadouts and try out Combat Items.

II. Examine Gestures

  1. Examine Gestures have been added. Lighting up an Authentic Collection entry now grants you a free Examine Gesture; using it plays an Examine Emote.
  2. These Gestures cannot be used in Rift Traversal matches, but can be used on Fairyland Penglai, The Herald's Trial, Showdown, and other maps and modes.
  3. After this update, players who have already lit up a Collection entry will automatically receive the matching Examine Gesture — no need to Submit Collectible again.

III. Smart Node Assignment in Matchmaking

To improve the match experience, we've optimized the matchmaking algorithm to intelligently assign matchmaking nodes based on your region and the real-time status of each node.

IV. In-Match Adjustments

  1. In Tranquil Path mode, all Keys other than those for the Internal Chamber Cave now consume 2 Durability per Cave opening. Cave drop rates have been raised across all Difficulty levels.
  2. In-match equipment has been changed from Extreme Toughness to Normal Toughness.
  3. Added Epic Quality (优品, literal translation) weapon Racks, which replace some of the previous Rare-quality Rack spawns. The total number of Rack spawns and the weapon drop rates have also been increased significantly.
  4. Rift Gate Capturing progress now begins to slowly decay 6 seconds after you leave the area.
  5. The Rift Gate Tuner extraction switch now has a shield that one-way blocks Ranged Attacks coming from outside.
  6. After the final Rift Gate Tuner switch activates, the extraction point now opens 15 seconds later (rather than immediately).
  7. The Combat Item Phantom Form Talisman (幻形符, literal translation) now supports large transformable objects: Tents and Thatched Cottages. While transformed into these, you can still be attacked, but you take reduced damage.

V. Out-of-Match Adjustments

  1. Prepare system improvements:
    • You can now quickly purchase Extreme Toughness gear directly from the Prepare screen.
    • Loadout presets now support editing and saving Rubric Etchings.
    • Logic improvements have significantly reduced the Storeroom space required when applying a Loadout.
    • Added warnings when confirming Prepare with anomalies, such as no weapon equipped.
  2. You can now quickly Redeem items from the Refurbish and Prepare screens, without jumping to the Travelling Merchant interface.
  3. Reduced the price of Common (white) weapons and armor.

Bug Fixes

I. Hero Bugs

Fixed an issue with Yoto Hime's Ultimate Demon Blade energy bar displaying incorrectly, and an occasional character stutter when the Ultimate ended.

II. Combat Bugs

  1. Fixed an issue where Escape action invincibility could fail in some situations.
  2. Improved the turning speed and feel of the Dragonsteed Chariot.
