Brand New Content

I. Honorable Champion Fight — Champion Fight Match and Champion Fight Point System Are Here

For players who've reached Asura rank and crave a greater challenge, we're launching a new Champion Fight Match mode and Champion Fight Point system within Ranked Mode, opening up a brand-new road to glory.

1. Champion Fight Match: A New Arena for Elite Players

(1) Entry Conditions

In Ranked Solo, Duos, or Trios, if anyone on the team has a current-mode rank score of ≥4,500, the team will match into a Champion Fight Match by default.

Players who've performed exceptionally well recently can also experience Champion Fight Matches early, even if they haven't reached 4,500. Players who enter this way receive bonus Champion Fight Points and a 30% Ranked Score Bonus / Loss Reduction.

(2) Match Features

  • Fewer players per match means more focused combat.
  • Strategic adjustments to resource zone distribution and quantity keep matches less predictable.
  • Tighter starting safe zones in Solo make encounters more intense.

2. Champion Fight Points: An Exclusive Honors System

(1) Unlock Conditions

The Champion Fight Point system unlocks once you've gained access to Champion Fight Matches. You'll find it in the Ranked Mode area of the mode-select screen.

(2) Earning Points

At the end of each Champion Fight Match, the system settles your Champion Fight Points based on in-match performance — the better you play, the more you earn. Champion Fight Points only go up, never down.

(3) Honor Rewards

Champion Fight Points span six tiers. Stack up points, climb the Champion Fight Levels, and claim tier-exclusive rewards. There are also Champion-exclusive Profile Backgrounds and Champion Auras up for grabs — true marks of peak glory.

Reward validity: Champion Profile Backgrounds and Auras take effect the moment you earn them and remain valid until the end of the next season. Meeting the unlock conditions again within that window automatically extends the validity by another season.

II. New Rift Traversal Loadouts

1. Tempered Metal — the Heng Sword Joins Rift Traversal

(1) New Celestia Heng Sword: Golden Shatterer

  • Arcane: Auric Fracture
  • Each successful hit reduces the opponent's Max Armor by 8% for 60s, stacking up to 10 times.

(2) New Legendary and Extreme Heng Sword: Heng Sword•Dash

  • Extreme: Aurora Burst•Shadow Step
  • Alters the Heng Sword's 2nd-stage charged Vertical Strike, as well as the 1st-stage charged Vertical Strike after Shadow Step. The first hit briefly Silences enemies.

(3) New Legendary and Extreme Heng Sword: Heng Sword•Stab

  • Extreme: Lethal Jab•Loopback
  • After Shadow Step, Horizontal Strikes become Lethal Jabs, usable up to two times in a row. Enemies hit are marked Vulnerable, taking 5% more hit damage for 10s.

(4) Heng Sword Rubrics:

  • Rampage: Alters the follow-up moves after a charged Horizontal Strike and after a charged Vertical Strike.
  • Aerial Dash: Alters the Heng Sword's crouched Vertical Strike — the first hit automatically chains into the second.

(5) Congeneric Martial Skills: Single-edged Weapon Skill and Heavy Sword Skill join Rift Traversal.

2. New Anti-Monster Gear

(1) New Legendary and Extreme Armor: Scale Armor·Frenzy

  • Extreme: Madbone Demonbane
  • Defeating Evil-Ent / Elite / Boss monsters grants 0.25% / 4.5% / 9% Attack bonuses respectively, capped at 15%. Effect lasts only for the current match.

(2) General Rubrics:

  • Devil Slayer: Melee Weapon Focus Strike DMG to Astral Aegis on monsters +25% / 30% / 35% / 50% (white / blue / purple / gold quality).

(3) Weapon Rubrics:

  • Devil Slayer's Edge: When Melee Weapons damage monsters, Durability consumption is 15% / 20% / 25% / 40% slower (white / blue / purple / gold quality).

(4) Armor Rubrics:

  • Heavenly Favor·Devil Extermination (天眷·诛魔, literal translation): When defeating monsters, there's a 20% / 40% / 55% / 65% chance to drop additional items, with a small chance to drop a Relic (white / blue / purple / gold quality).

//Dev Note: We've noticed that the cost-vs-reward for hunting monsters has been a bit off, so we're offering this new anti-monster gear to give players more freedom in their loadouts.

III. New Rift Traversal Features — Treasure Appraisal and Collection Codex

  1. Unlocks once your Camp Prestige Level reaches 7.
  2. Appraised Collectibles are sorted into Authentic and Counterfeit. Authentic Collectibles carry Treasure Points; Counterfeits do not.
  3. Appraised Collectibles become Bind Status — you can use them to light up your Codex, or trade them to the Travelling Merchant, who'll buy them back at 100% of the Collectible's value.
  4. Each season has its own Collection Codex. Submitting an appraised Collectible for the first time lights up its Codex entry and unlocks the trading function for that Collectible in its Unappraised state.
  5. For already-lit Codex entries, submitting Collectibles with higher Treasure Points adds to your seasonal Treasure Points total. Hit the threshold to claim exclusive season rewards.

IV. New Showdown Hero: Kylin Zhang

The new hero Kylin Zhang has joined Showdown. The Qilin speaks not — but cuts down all evil in the world.

Kylin Zhang has a unique low-health buff mechanic: his Martial Skills Windchaser and Cyclone Slash deal more damage when his Health is low, and his Ultimate Qilin Slash: Showdown gains a damage bonus when consuming Health.

V. New Limited-time In-Match Gameplay

1. Dragonspring Well and Dragonspring Treasures

Gameplay

In The Herald's Trial, Quick Match, and Bot Mode, a new Dragonspring Well will spawn at set intervals during the match. Capture it to unlock the Dragonspring Sword. Once a team obtains the Dragonspring Sword, the Dragonspring Treasures will appear after some time — only teams holding the Dragonspring Sword can find and unlock them. The Dragonspring Treasures contain a new Combat Item, the Seven Stars Tome, as well as Meteorite Darksteel, which upgrades the Dragonspring Sword to Extreme quality.

2. New Limited-time Combat Items

  • Seven Stars Tome: Charge up, then release a sword qi forward. During the charge phase, a Horizontal Strike releases the sword qi early. Obtainable from Dragonspring Treasures.
  • Heavenly Spirits Tome (天罡决秘籍, unofficial): Channel inner power via martial arts to repel surrounding enemies; usable while being hit. Obtainable from Morus' Blessing.
  • Qi Circulation Tome: Channel inner power via martial arts to attack enemies in front of you. Obtainable from golden/green Stashes.

VI. New on Fairyland Penglai

  1. The Bronze Tree is stirring — something big seems to be brewing. The Bronze Tree will become interactive at a certain point in time. Stay tuned.
  2. Fairyland Penglai now features new The Degenerate decor. A new The Degenerate Dragon Throne mechanism has been added at the center of the Seraphic Quartet — interact with it to sit on the throne.

Hero Adjustments

I. Yoto Hime

  1. Reduced startup frames and increased the distance traveled on the Ultimate weapon Demonic Blade's Horizontal and Vertical Strikes.
  2. Reduced startup frames on the Ultimate weapon Demonic Blade's airborne charged Vertical Strike.
  3. Adjusted the hit effects of some Ultimate weapon Demonic Blade moves.
  4. Slightly extended the turning window on the Ultimate weapon Demonic Blade's special counterattack move, Zanshin Rend.

Weapon Adjustments

I. Flying Knives

Tuned the rhythm of the 2nd and 3rd stages in the Vertical Strike combo.

In-Match Adjustments

I. Feature Optimizations

1. Blessed Brutality Optimizations

  • You can now use middle mouse / controller RB (right shoulder) to mark unselected Anima Rings — whether from a Rift Dealer's Anima Ring Lucky Bag or a system-issued three-Ring choice — as well as un-activated Blessings in your Bag.
  • Activating a Blessing now automatically sends a notification to teammates in the chat window.
  • Blessed Brutality now supports judge spectating in Custom Rooms.

2. Scout Effect Optimization

Markers and X-ray colors now distinguish Evil-Ents from players. When only Evil-Ents are scouted, no extra floating-text alert is displayed.

II. Realm of Spirit Optimizations

  1. Once two players have signed up for Realm of Spirit, a registration countdown begins. When it ends, the corresponding Realm of Spirit will open.
  2. When registration ends, all signed-up players will enter the corresponding Realm of Spirit, regardless of headcount.
  3. The maximum number of available Realms of Spirit has been adjusted to 3.

Out-of-Match Adjustments

I. Profile

Improved the UI of the Profile - Ranked Mode page, with stronger presentation for multi-mode Asura players.

Rift Traversal Adjustments

I. In-Match Adjustments

  1. Drunken Fire Crate access changes:

    • In-match Drunken Fire Crates earned from Cargo Escort, Challenge, Safeguard, Flag, Clear, and Capture quests now distribute their items via dice roll. When these Drunken Fire Crates are opened, only teammates within 50 m have the right to roll.
    • In the new dice system, each player can only demand one item per crate. If multiple players demand the same item, it goes to the highest roll. Any items no one demanded become free pickup once the countdown ends.
  2. Significantly reduced the interaction time needed for mining and gathering.

  3. Added more field resources and adjusted some resource positions.

  4. Adjusted the positions of some Evil-Ents.

  5. Reduced Evil-Ent attack frequency during Capture quests.

  6. Added Ballista mechanisms to maps on Perilous Path and Doomed Path difficulties.

  7. The Rift Gate Tuner mechanism (used to open/close Rift Gates) now displays numbered corner markers.

  8. While Capturing the escape progress, leaving the area no longer resets your progress instantly — it now resets after 8 seconds.

  9. Rift Gate·Secret now activates 60 seconds after a Golden Twig·Trace is purchased from a Rift Dealer.

  10. Rift Dealers now sell the Combat Item Convoy Flag.

  11. On Tranquil Path and Perilous Path difficulties, the regular escape gate that opens 8 minutes into the match now closes at the 16-minute mark instead of the 12-minute mark.

  12. Added Examine Emotes for the following Extreme Relics: Statue of Celestial Unity, Sands of the End, Ashblossom, Boiling Sea Plate, and Token of Foresight.

II. Item Adjustments

  1. The Combat Item Shapeshift Talisman (幻形符, literal translation) gains new large objects you can morph into: tents and Thatched Cottages. While transformed into one of these, you can still be attacked, but you take reduced damage.
  2. The Combat Item Enchanting Incense's duration has been changed from 90 seconds to 120 seconds. After Enchanting Incense's Invisible state is broken, it can be destroyed by five successful hits. Successfully escaping yourself, or having all your teammates defeated, now also destroys any Enchanting Incense you've deployed that hasn't yet timed out.
  3. Wedding Wine effect updated: Within 600 sec after drinking it, increase Attack by 4% and increase damage to monsters by 12%.
  4. Green Plum Brew effect updated: Within 600 sec after drinking it, increase Damage Reduction by 4% and reduce damage taken from monsters by 12%.
  5. The Silence duration on each hit of Katana·Silence's Extreme Soul Slash·Ban has been reduced from 4 sec to 1.1 sec.

III. Feature Adjustments

1. Visual Effects

We've polished and upgraded the visuals across Storerooms, the Bag, icon clarity, and more.

2. Storeroom Features

  • Increased the max stack size of Healing Berries, Advanced Healing Berries, Handcrafted Armor Powder, Armor Powder II, Weapon Repair Kits, and Hooks in the out-of-match Inventory to 999 (in-Bag stack size unchanged).
  • Improved the logic for placing items into Storerooms. While on the Storeroom screen, items you place are prioritized into the Storeroom currently open. If the item isn't in your current view, the screen will automatically scroll to where it was placed. Outside the Storeroom screen, items will be placed into the General Storeroom by priority (including from Trading Market Purchase, items returned via Purchase Details screens, etc.).
  • Added a new option in Sort Out Storeroom: transfer items from the General Storeroom into their corresponding Storerooms. When checked, items in the General Storeroom will be sorted by type into the other selected exclusive Storerooms.
  • Added support for controller navigation, hotkeys, and other controller controls.

3. Drag Function

Improved drag handling: when the target slot for a dragged item can fully cover (or be fully covered by) the items there — provided capacity requirements are met — the dragged item can be placed in the target slot.

When the destination container has enough capacity for the dragged item, existing items there will be prioritized to stay. If capacity isn't enough, the displaced items will be moved into the container the dragged item came from.

4. In-Match Bag

  • In-match pickups and the Bag (including Remains, Convoy Chests, etc.) now support controller navigation, hotkeys, and other controller controls.
  • For equipment on the ground or in Remains, you can quickly unequip their Rubrics.
  • For Rubrics found on the ground or in Remains, you can quickly etch them onto your equipped gear.
  • The Key Case is now displayed by default in-match, matching the out-of-match behavior.

5. Camp Contracts

Adjusted completion requirements for several Contracts:

  • [Trailblazer] Fierce Flame: Use a Polesword to defeat 3 enemy travelers, with all of the following Rubrics on the weapon or armor at the time of defeat: Blistering Edge, Invincible Strength, Charged Power Strike, and Charged Power Composure. (Note: required Rubric count reduced from 6 to 4 — Impenetrable Protection and Divine Form removed.)
  • [Trailblazer] Collect·Classics: Extract 3 Legendary-or-above-quality weapons or Relics of the Books and Scrolls type. (Note: weapons added as an alternative completion path.)

Showdown Adjustments

I. Combat Adjustments

  1. When Valda Cui, Kurumi, Tsuchimikado, Temulch, Viper Ning, Justina Gu, and Tessa use the movement skill [Defuse·Solve] (四象化), they no longer get invincibility frames — instead, they directly defuse enemy attacks.
  2. Added a new Souljade: [Rampage·Element].
  3. The Souljade [Backfire] now has a new effect: when your Health is below 25% of its max, you no longer take Backfire damage.
  4. Adjusted the Souljade [Soul-drawing]: Health recovery triggered below 45% Health will no longer push you above 45% Health.
  5. Tweaked the visual presentation of the 2nd-hit damage on Stage 1 of Huanyue's dual wind-wheel move.
  6. The ranged-weapon damage bonus on the Auspicious Omen [Deadeye] has been changed from 50% to 12%.
  7. Feria Shen and Valda Cui can now also build their "Deadeye gauge" by dealing damage while their Ultimates are active. Once full, they enter the "Deadeye state," letting them deal effective hits to large monsters' weak points.

II. Hero Adjustments

1. Valda Cui

The skill [Water Trap: Showdown] has been adjusted as follows:

  • Fires a water bolt in the aimed direction, generating multiple [Water Bombs]. Enemies who touch them take damage, lose Astral Aegis, and are inflicted with [Soaked].
  • Hold to aim.
  • Detonating the large Water Bomb at the center additionally generates a [Water Bomb Mark], which can be detonated by a Musket or Water Spear.

III. Specialized Practice

Added Specialized Practice to the Off-islands of Morus Isle. You can enter the training ground in the top-right corner of the Off-islands of Morus Isle to practice each hero's Defuse Skills, Aegis-break Martial Skills, and exclusive techniques.

Client Optimizations

  1. Optimized asynchronous loading of hairstyles to improve the smoothness of character loading.
  2. Optimized cutscene animations for smoother playback.

Bug Fixes

I. Combat

  1. Improved the animation when a player dismounts a Dragonsteed Chariot mid-air.
  2. Improved the steering feel of the Dragonsteed Chariot.

II. Showdown

  1. Fixed an issue where, in some cases, Boss monsters wouldn't spawn facing the player.
  2. Fixed an issue where the corresponding background music wasn't playing during the Huanyue fight in the Enigma Peak.

III. Rift Traversal

Fixed an issue where Rubric attribute entries wouldn't display in the in-match Bag.
